Big Ideas, Real Impact.

I'm currently open to Director/Senior-level remote/hybrid roles (within the Denver Metro area) in event marketing, field marketing strategy, experiential marketing and meetings & events.

If you're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with 25 years of real experience behind them, its time to connect.

A few career highlights below

  • Revenue-Driven Brand Strategy

I don’t just run marketing departments; I build them. Leading a lean team of 1.5, I architected the company's strategy from the ground up—launching a new website, initiating a podcast, and deploying content to align with buyer personas. I turned a 'department of one' into a growth engine." The Impact (Sept ’23 – Aug ’24):

+48% Increase in Social Media Engagement.

1,700 New LinkedIn Followers & 1,000 Newsletter Subscribers.

Architecture: Managed the entire content lifecycle and SEO strategy.

  • Marketing Ops & CRM Enablement

I established the Business Development department to shift the model from transactional to relational. By aligning Sales and Marketing through HubSpot CRM, I built the workflows and SOPs necessary to organize 1,500+ new leads. I ensured we weren't just chasing data, but capturing the right revenue."

    The Impact:

    100% Client Retention Rate.

80% Average Closure Rate on qualified leads.

+15% Increase in Annual Contract Value (ACV) through targeted persona efforts.

  • Experiential Strategy & Fractional Leadership

I thrive in high-stakes environments where precision is non-negotiable. For over a decade, I served as the strategic lead and C-Suite liaison for enterprise-level conventions and global incentives, translating complex executive visions into flawless, high-impact reality.

    The Impact:

National Distributor Convention: Led the end-to-end execution of 3,500-attendee events with a $6M annual budget and a cross-functional team of 11.

Global Incentives: Designed and executed exclusive European incentive programs for 110+ guests with $1.5M budgets, managing complex international logistics and vendor strategy.

C-Suite Advisory: Served as the primary bridge between executive deliverables and the guest experience, ensuring 100% alignment with corporate objectives.

Who AM I

Feels like a loaded question—the kind of thing a sommelier struggles with when describing a complex wine. I’m not a fine wine (though I’m certainly trying to age like one), but I am a bit of an oxymoron.

I am incredibly driven, yet deeply empathetic. I lead with confidence but share compassion. I am an active listener, not an order taker, and a storyteller with a massive hunger for data.

Throughout 25+ years in the events and hospitality industry, I’ve honed a unique perspective of Event Strategy and Revenue Operations. I’ve partnered with everyone from C-Suite executives at global CPG brands to scrappy independent planners. Regardless of the scale, my mission is the same: to answer the Why and How, then architect the Where next?

If you’re looking for a partner who asks the tough questions, listens intently, and refuses to cut corners—I’m your gal. I anchor every relationship in transparency and a 'Wayfinder' spirit that values the journey as much as the ROI.

When I’m not developing roadmaps: You’ll find me on my little homestead. I raise chickens, ride horses, garden like there’s a looming zombie apocalypse, and am usually mid-DIY project. I’m a proud momma, and I believe that whether you’re raising a young man or a marketing department, it really does take a village.
