  • Podcast

    Initiated a and helped produce the Event Mavericks podcast in 2024. In its infancy phase, the podcast has generated over 400 views on the newly created Imprint Events Group YouTube page.

  • Rebrand and new Website

    Collaborated with the Creative team to develop the new Imprint Events Group website, driving content strategy through targeted copywriting and SEO optimization. Managed the entire content lifecycle, including fact-checking and ongoing updates, ensuring the site remained dynamic and relevant. As the website admin, I maintained seamless content updates, aligning with brand objectives to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.

  • Natl Convention

    Lead on the development and execution of the annual Natl Distributor Convention for over 10years. Managed a planning team of 11. Liason to C-Suite for deliverables on execution and guest experience. 3500 attendees managing a $6M budget.

  • Exclusive Customer Incentive

    Annual exclusive incentive experience located in Europe. The location changed annually. Design, development, and execution for 110ppl with a $1.5M budget.

  • Marketing Strategy

    Developed a newly established Marketing department, strategy, and execution. Identified and created buyer personas to align with content. Began mapping out Customer Journey. Additionally onboarded HubSpot to support richer data storytelling in order to support a growth trajectory. This was a department of 1.5ppl (myself & part time content manager).

    Highlights:

    - Added 1700 new followers on LI
    - Developed 1,000 LI Subscribers through thoughtful content
    - Increased SM engagement by 48%

  • Business Development

    Established the Business Development department. Identified targeted customer base to support a relationship vs transactional business model. Aligned buyer persona with Marketing for support of BD efforts through reach outs and follow ups. Onboarded HubSpot CRM to further clarify, organize and streamline efforts for Customer Management. Built SOPs and workflows. This was a department of 2ppl (myself & a colleague)

    Highlights:

    - Acquired 1500 new leads through various networking and sponsorships
    - Increased ACV by 15% through targeted persona efforts
    - Average closure rate from BD was 80%
    - 100% client retention rate
