Before I recommend anything — a trade show, campaign, hire, or platform — I first learn how your customers decide: who they trust, how they find you, what makes them say yes or walk away. That diagnosis prevents wasted spend (like a trade show for the wrong audience or hiring the wrong role).
From there we build: I might act as your on-demand director, run a single intensive to set direction, or tell you you don’t need me — and that’s okay.
